The platform
Starcloud brings server configuration, account access and billing together. The current demo previews this experience without provisioning live infrastructure.
Regions
West Europe, East US and UK South are the current demo choices. Live region availability and capacity have not been confirmed.
Network and firewall
Each plan includes one static public IPv4. Specify the IPv4 addresses or CIDR ranges allowed to access SSH or Remote Desktop.
Security and your responsibilities
You manage your operating system, applications, updates and access keys. Keep access restricted to the addresses you need.
Data and backups
Daily backups are an optional configuration choice, with 7- or 30-day retention in the demo. No backup resources are created by the demo.
Status and incidents
A public service-status feed and incident response policy are not yet available.
